They will assess the installation area, unpack and set up the modem and router, and connect all the necessary cables and power. The technician will also set up and secure your network and Wi-Fi settings and connect your computers, printers, smartphones, and other devices to ensure everything works smoothly. Finally, they will show you how everything works, advise you on connecting to the internet and answer any questions.

Assessment and Planning:
- Provide assessment and identify installation areas, required power, and mounting.
Hardware Setup and Installation:
- Setup and install a new router and hub with your ISP modem
- Install and configure network cards and wireless Wi-Fi receivers on desktops and laptops
Network Configuration:
- Configure a secure network for wired devices
- Configure a unique Wi-Fi name for the discoverability of personal signal
Testing and Verification:
- Connect and test computers, devices, peripherals
- Perform a Speed Test on the ISP modem
