A Tezkabyte on-site technician will conduct a speed test of your internet connection, analyze the internal hardware of your PC or Mac, troubleshoot Wi-Fi settings, and reconfigure your network devices, such as the modem and router. Following any necessary adjustments, the technician will guide you through the updates, provide a hands-on demonstration, and address any questions regarding internet connectivity.
