Our on-site technician will assess the installation area, unbox, and set up your printer, including installing cables, ink toners, and necessary power. They will also perform the first-time setup of your printer, install the required software on your PC and mobile devices, and configure network and Wi-Fi connectivity. Before finishing up, the technician will demonstrate your new printer hands-on, covering printing and scanning and ensuring that all your questions are answered.
