Our Tezkabyte on-site technician is available to assist you with transferring your data. We offer setup, installation, and data transfer configuration between external hard drives and old and new PCs. We meticulously analyze your folders and directories to identify and transfer your photos, documents, and other important content. To ensure the safety of your files, we perform a test transfer before moving all your data to the external hard drive or new computer. Moreover, our technician will provide a hands-on demonstration on accessing your data and files on your new PC or external hard drive.
Service Includes
Transfer Method:
- Evaluate the status of PCs and network to determine the method of transfer
- Setup and configure PCs and network
- Analyze the total storage size of your data to be transferred
- Perform a test run of data transfer and then transfer all selected data and files from PC to PC
External Hard Drive Setup:
- Setup, install, and configure an external hard drive on a Desktop or Laptop
PC to PC Setup:
- Setup, install, and configure the old and new PC for transfer of data
Important Notice: The service fee does not cover the cost of software licenses, additional hardware, or parts. It also does not include computer, software, or hardware troubleshooting and support. Additionally, data recovery from damaged drives is not included in the service.
