We’ll review your backup plan, restore points, or Time Machine to find available backups and then set up, install, and configure the hardware and software needed to perform data recovery on your PC and storage devices. To ensure the integrity of your files, we’ll perform a test of the recovery and then move all your data to an external drive or a new computer. Our technicians will also provide a hands-on demonstration of how to access your recovered and restored files. 

We recommend creating a data backup plan as soon as possible to ensure you always have the most up-to-date backups of your data and files.   • This involves setting up, analyzing, and assessing the affected storage drive set for recovery. It encompasses the initial steps to understand the extent of the data loss and the recovery requirements.

External Hard Drive Configuration:

  • This service involves setting up, installing, and configuring an external hard drive on a desktop or laptop to store the recovered files. This ensures the recovered data is safely stored on a separate device.

Data Recovery Testing:

  • This service includes performing a test scan on the affected computer to determine the extent of recoverable data. It involves using specialized tools and techniques to identify and assess the recoverable data on the affected storage drive.

Data Recovery:

  • The final step involves performing the data recovery to a secondary storage drive. This includes retrieving and transferring the recoverable data from the affected storage drive to a secondary storage device, ensuring the data is safely and successfully recovered.

Important Notice: The service fee does not cover the cost of software licenses, additional hardware, or parts. It also does not include computer, software, or hardware troubleshooting and support. Additionally, data recovery from damaged drives is not included in the service.
