Our Tezkabyte on-site technician will help you set up, install, and configure your external hard drive with your desktop or laptop. They will also create a customized backup plan for all your important data, files, and computer settings. After setting up your backup solution, they will run tests to ensure the integrity of your files and then schedule regular backups to capture any changes over time. Our technician will also demonstrate how the backup plan, software, and apps are configured and address any questions.
