Original OS installation discs and storage drives or recovery partitions are required. We can supply our own installation media if you still own a copy of an active license or serial number. Additionally, the service does not include the cost of Data Backup or Data Transfer, which would incur additional costs. Furthermore, the service does not include data recovery from damaged drives.
